    A small boutique coffee shop in Blackrock requires a barista.

    Roles includes:
    - Upselling from our wide range of goods on offer
    - Making the best coffee in town
    - Stock control
    - Adhere to our strict hygiene standards
    - Liaising with manager/owner
    - Social Media – Facebook and Twitter
    - Ability to work autonomously
    - Keeping the signage updated daily with offers to entice potential customers

    Requirements:
    - Great customer service and interpersonal skills with fluent English
    - Worked in the retail environment before
    - Although barista experience is not required it is a huge plus
    - Ability to be flexible with hours and changing roles and procedures

    Compensation is TBD depending on experience.
