Ran an accord in the house for a few years and they are fantastic, be a great train station car, or shopping car.

Did the same myself, a 2.0 1997 one. Only sold it as my commute increased, it has since decreased, maybe it's time to have one back on the driveway. The 1994-1998 model was so much better looking than the 1999-2003 one imo.

I can't decide if he will either remove the ad and then place it back up in a few days or dodge the questions and hopes jharr buys the car.

Thought it might be a knife twisting post, but then I once saw an ebay listing which was being withdrawn when the lister explained to someone that the car had turned out to be a ringer and the police were coming the following afternoon. The next question was "But could I see it in the morning then?"...
There really are people like that.

:D if he ever finds out I'm from loughrea I'm shagged.
Tbh I'm hounding him because I've been conned in the past and the financial/stressing aspects to get everything legal/put right had me depressed. He knew full well it had no nct and yet he isn't modifying the ad re that nor lower the price and admitting to his error.
    Gob****e altogether.

I think Roman is having an identity crisis:

    http://cars.donedeal.ie/cars-for-sale/saab-9-5-07-2-0biopower-nct-01-16-tax/9678556?offset=12

It's even 400e less on DD.... Some poor bastard is going to be robbed I think :(

Internet is a strange place, where you can easily find out what is the real name of Roman / Tombiggrin.png And the name of the garage he runsbiggrin.png

He isn't as smart as he thinks he is tbh.

You could perhaps google the phone number and 'Galway'...

Strictly speaking it is - you have legal rights and they cannot add terms that imply a curtailment of those rights. I think the posters point, though, is that when you see the words "No Warrenty" in capitals on an ad, walk away. It usually means they know there is something expensive about to go wrong with it in the near future. It also shows they have a disregard for the law, so do you really want to see yourself in a dispute with them?

DD acted quickly and took the ad down. I reported it to Adverts yesterday. They took their time but I'd say they were in touch with him today (or else Bear1 finally got to him :p) as ad has now been withdrawn.
