    I received a box of Snax from Largo Foods this morning. Wasn't expecting anything.

    Read the accompanying letter, which said:

    "Thank you for taking part in a taste survey last year whereby you mentioned Snax did not taste how you expected them. You may remember we sent you a new batch of improved samples to try and you very kindly returned your opinion form to us.
    Once again, we seek your opinion. We are continuing to improve Snax and would appreciate if you could sample the enclosed packs and return the attached opinion form to us. Thank you for your assistance    ."

    Well, it's nice to see they're still beavering away behind the scenes like some kind of Willy Wonka, trying to get Snax back to their former glory.
    (I started a thread on this a year --or two?-- ago about them sending me samples)

    Well, after trying the samples today, I can say they seemed to have hit the nail on the head.

    Gone is the pointless ridge down the middle, the "bite" is back and the good ol' ""powdery"" cheese and onion flavouring is there in its' glory.
    Thrilled I am :)
