Does anyone know what Arnott's are planning to do with their empty units on Liffey street and abbey street? I was thinking about renting one for food use and viewed shake away unit and another one but they need a lot if work? Those units are empty for as long as I can remember. Arnotts is so heavily indebted and under bank control. Tens of thousands of rent is the least of their priority. I imagine their existing food units have an exclusivity deal with arnotts
