How much would it roughly cost to move / re-build this wall?

    I have applied for planning permission to move a site boundary wall out buy aprox 3 meters.

    The wall is 34m long and 2.2m high.
    Blocks are on the flat
    Wall is pebble dashed on one side.
    Wall is capped but i intend reusing the capping.

    How much would rebuilding this wall cost roughly?

    Could the blocks be cleaned up and reused as they are only 5 years old? i.e. would the labor in cleaning them up outweigh the cost of new blocks?
