Does anyone know the background to this event? Was a bit surprised the driver activated the ramp and let them on.

What, like some Dubliner dressing up as a culchie or some culchie up in the big smoke for some shopping acting the goat?

I'd rather sit / stand beside a donkey than a junkie any day.

there is a 150 and that is where buses that serve the central bank including the 150 stops. It also looks like a Ringsend bus, the garage from which the 150 operates.

It was just a bit of messing. There was an event called Tradfest (or some thing similar) occurring in Temple Bar/Dublin one area. Think it was a celebration of country life or something like that.

The donkey must have been up for the day.

Go on payday though, the price of tickets since it re-opened is scandalous.

I didn't say which one was the guide....:pac:. Anyway, they do everything backwards down the country...

They do, I made their acquaintance recently. I think they have ruined that place with the refurbishment incidentally, it has lost all its charm. And it is super expensive now to see next to nothing!

They sold "Dudley's field" for €18 million in 2005, and bought it back for just over €1 million in early 2012.......

Plenty of cash in the trust's account to pay for the development.

Agree that the entrance fee is a bit celtic tiger'ish
