    For those of you that have aupairs, do you pay for;
    - holidays
    - doctors
    - sick leave

    We currently have an aupair who works about 20-25 hrs per week, at least 10 of those hours I am also there.

    She has no other duties other than look after children (no laundry, no cleaning, no cooking, no tidying)

    She has been with us 6 months
    She went home for 2 weeks over christmas I paid her for these
    She has taken 3 long weekends (having people over and going abroad) paid her in full for this
    She has been sick 3 times (2-3 days each time)

    We will be taking our family holiday (2weeks) in summer

    In full I have paid her for the 26 weeks she has been with us, given extra at christmas and birthday.

    Should I pay for the doctor visit also?
