    30 teams in the league is it? We're only going to have 19 managed clubs at the moment so 11 unmanaged clubs could get messy unless there is a good chance they could get filled.

    Up to league mod of course but maybe we could have two 12 team divisions to restrict the amount of unamanged teams. What do ye think?

    Is it just me or would filling the D1 with unmanaged make it more difficult for the small teams to get promoted?

    I'd rather start in div 3 and work my way up, just an idea, doesn't have to happen

    Dont get me wrong, would love to come up through the ranks myself .... but lets split the unmanaged across the 3 divisions or just do an open draw and see where they land ... it will be tough enough to fight your way from D3 all the way to the top when you could end up in the bottom league with Barca, Real, Liverpool, Man city, Bayern, Atletico, Arsenal Chelsea and Dortmundand not an unmanaged in sight

    I get what you're saying.

    If we're going to do the "big clubs at the bottom" thing, maybe we should put the unmanaged clubs down there with them? or more unmamaged down there than in d1 and d2? Might negate the problem of unmanaged clubs clogging up the top tier?

    Incase it has to be done, I have taken it upon myself to carry out a draw for which teams will be in which division. I am using www.random.org to do it. The range of numbers will be 1-30, with each number matching up to the order the teams were picked in. The first 10 teams will be in Division 1, with the next 10 picked going into Division 2, and the final 10 going into division 3.

    So the first number out of the drum is...

    27. Whatever team is picked at number 27 will be in Division 1.

    They are followed by 29 and 6 (Barcelona).

    30, 4 (Liverpool) and 8 Manchester City.

    2 (RSC Anderlecht), 7 (Brighton and Hove Albion), 18 (Everton) and 16 (Southampton) finish out Division 1.

    Not just saying this because I have a middling team but I genuinely think the likes of O'Higgins, Limerick, Southend, etc should get straight placement into Div 1 - it wouldn't be fair (even if it was random) if they were to start in the lowest division

    Thank you very much PBJ :) It's a random draw and a fair enough split IMO. If people want to swap and can find another manager to swap then fire away, if someone in Div 3 wants Div 2 I'll swap no bother

    EDIT: I am looking forward to battling it out with the one who wins trophies in Div 2 though :P

    Thanks for the offer but wouldn't mind a spot in division 2 if it was up for grabs. At least i'd have promotion to challenge for in the future and not just relegation!
