    I have an eircom email address but just this evening I have stopped being able to access it via my phone or laptop
    Now having tried to access it through eircom webmail I am getting a message that my email address doesn't exist.
    Any ideas how I can rectify this problem.

    Same here and from what I can see elsewhere Eircom want you to ring a premium phone number for tech support to rectify it if not an eircom broadband customer, absolute joke.

    On support.eircom.net it says

    Technical difficulties with webmail
    Due to technical difficulties, eircom.net email cannot be accessed at this time.



    Confimed on twitter, no timeframe for restoration of service.

    My email is back but after I log in the colours of the layout has changed from orange to blue and feels weird.
    So I went to change password. These are the instructions…..

    To change your password:
    1. Click the Preferences tab.
    2. In the Overview pane, click General and in Login Options, click Password.
    3. Enter your old password, your new password, and retype your new password to confirm.
    4. Click Change password. Your password has been changed.

    I followed them but after I get to ‘Login Options’ there is no option for changing password.
    Somethings still wrong !!

    I have tried to get into webmail today  as per the communication from Eircom  is anyone else out there still not able to access webmail.  It is still coming up with the technical difficulties page  can you help please.

    You should be able to access your account at this stage.

    If you cannot gain access and you are an eircom broadband customer please contact our email support team on 1890260260 or via web chat here: http://bit.ly/MHjO8Z  - However if you are not an eircom customer please contact email support on 1530277100 (charged at 33cents per minute).
