I'm going for Chelsea tonight. There'll be a period of extended attack from us at some point in the match which will put us ahead. I'm thinking at worst a 2:1 win.

I don't think it'll go to penos unless we're completely toothless up front. Jose won't be playing for a draw. It's too risky. A brisk start, sitting back after 30 mins, a brisk start to the second half, more sitting back, then a strong finish. That's how I see it going.

Excluding Schwarzer, six players can discharge defensive duties. Eight are comfortable attacking in open play. Everything depends on tactics. It's a team capable of switching from defence to attack at any point in the game. I don't see it as a total park-the-bus team at all.

The way to beat this Ateltico side is with pace and intensity. They've fatigued. If Chelsea open with a slow burner it will help Atleti maintain stamina.
