    Its back again. B.M.O.H are hosting their annual 10K road race and 5K Family Run/Walk again this year in Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare on Friday the 30th of May 2014 @ 6:45 pm.

    Same flat course as last year with expert pacers at 40/45/50/55 & 1 Hour to bring you home for your target time.

    Time to get back to running . . . always a great event and a good reason to get training. Have not run since September so a couple of weeks to get sorted

    Any event that I have participated in that was run by or in association with BMOH, has been excellent and very well organised, hopefully I'll get down to do this.

    Online registration will close at 17:30 on Thursday. Registration will then take place at GAA Clubhouse from 18:00 until 21:00 on Thursday evening. We request that people try and register as early as possible. There will be registration on race day between 17:00 and 18:15

    Parking is available as outlined . We are requesting participant's to use that facilities in order to avoid any inconvenience to local residents. Please note the car park at Race HQ, start and finish areas (GAA Club House) will not be open from 5:30 this evening. Please ensure that you park in a manner that does not obstruct or inconvenience anyone as we rely heavily on the good will of the local residents of Sixmilebridge in hosting this and other events.
