Can anyone recommend a nice Half IM distance TRI in ireland later this year? Will be my first so nothing too mad maybe;)

Shadowman in Athlone would be a good option (provided they take last year's feedback on board) - flat course for bike and run.
Swinford not on this year unfortunately.
