account owerdue first bill ??/

    I move to new home 2 months ago.I recive a bill with the date 22,04 and there is that is overdue.Is first account on my name.The usage is correct but why is overdue when that is my first bill ?Today I recivet a letter that my account is seriously overdue and the account  remains unpaiddespite a number of reminders.I never got any reminders becouse my bill arrived friday the 25-th.Can you please tell me what is goin on ?
