Management Fees, Park West, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

    Hi all,


    looking to buy apt in park west but have found out there are problems with management fees not being paid. In arrears of nearly €195k. Can anybody tell me why this is and how long the management company have been in arrears ? Dont know if ill buy now as dont want to be hit next year with a huge management fee. Your help would be much appreciated , Thanks

    Why? Well, most likely it's because people aren't paying their share.

    How long - you can download the management company account returns from the CRO website (for a small fee).
