    Here in the city centre and, all the side streets between Patrick St & Oliver Plunkett St have lost power, alarms going off all over.

    I'm blaming the water meter boys!

    This is why I like living in the suburbs...

    Also, that really sucks. Try ringing the ESB line to see if they mention an outage on the IVR..
