    Hi,

I live in a 2 bedroomed Mid-Terrace house (built in the late 1940s).

2 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room with Stairs running up to the First floor, so fairly open plan.

1 Bathroom (which is an extension and exceptionally cold in the winter).

How much approximately would it cost to instal either Oil-or Gas Fired Central Heating.

Also, what is your opinon re Solar Panels as an energy source.

I ask as the back yard/garden does get great sunlight on good days.

    Thanks in advance,
    Olive K

Is there an existing system in place at the moment?

    Hi,

There are ancient storage heaters which have not been used for a few years

Not my house, so unsure why ... we have been using a gas heater for the past few mild winters.

I grew up minus Central Heating myself.

For gas installation you'd be roughly looking at over the 5k mark easily
