    Anyone heard of or used clicktopurchase.ie?

    Saw a house online today that is to be sold via clicktopurchase.ie

    The website says it will being an end to Gazumping.

    Anyone have any experience?

    It's very much rigged against the buyer. It's a sealed binding bid process so you put in your offer and it is binding on you but not on the vendor.

    You will also have to do your survey and check title in advance. Best avoided at all possible costs and it just makes life better for the vendor, not the purchaser.
