anyone ever make alcotec 23% turbo yeast

It depends what you want to do with it. It's probably designed for distillation and would not be useful for anything else as the byproducts would probably give a nasty hangover. It almost certainly requires good temp control to get it to 23%.

TLDR: Don't bother unless you're home distilling, which is illegal in Ireland.
