Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

carrack looks like he has gone on holidays already

The whole team have been on holidays all season. Can't wait for Van Gaal to beat some desire into them.

He never came back from last years holidays

the players need a serious kick up the hole. Can't wait for Van Gaal to sort them out.

LVG with literally skin anyone who produces halfhearted substandard crap on his team.

Yep but he might throw up a few surprises with formations and systems.

This is the guy who put Rivaldo out on the wing which didn't work out too well.

but he is also the guy who took Schweinsteiger off the wing and into the DM role.

I'd have left Nani on and taken a Fletcher off.

Horrible from Young but what else can you expect :(

Clearly getting it wide and crossing it in isn't working, you'd think they would try something different.

Could understand if they had height up front, but they don't..

    bring on rvp

Young is like Valencia, great runs on the wing but terrible crossing, rarely beating the first defender.

We don't know how to do different. You can see Mata getting the ball and holding on to it coz there's no one moving for it or creating any intelligent runs to create space.

Wellbeck and VanP for Hernandez and young please.

Take Mata off, what are you at Giggs? I'll be pissed off he gets the job permanently.

  • Registered Users Posts: 844 ✭✭✭Shane.C

Why the f*uck are both of fletcher and carrick still on the pitch, heaven almighty!!!!

He would be crazy to take it, it will be years before United are back.

Nearly exactly the same as the first. What a bunch of ___________ .

    Fergie texted Giggs there.

    *text intercepted.
Hurry the fűck up we have not lost at home to Sunderland since 1968. Do you want this to be your first record as United manager?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,205 ✭✭✭Lucas Hood

    Fletcher is poison.

What?! He'd grab it with both hands if they were crazy enough to offer it.

Someone needs to coach Phil Jones. He just isn't overlapping the right winger enough. The frustrating part is that when he does, he's whipping in better crosses than any of the wingers have all day.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,949 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

The lads aren't even creating basic ****ing triangles to work the ball around

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,297 ✭✭✭Son0vagun

Fergie asleep in the stands sums up this match. Mata was UTDs best player and Giggs took him off. Wouldn't be surprised if Giggs didn't play him in their next match.

These "tactics" are awfully familiar, maybe Moyes wasn't the problem after all...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,293 ✭✭✭✭rob316

Jones is the most over rated United player I have seen. A nothing player. Another one on the exit list.

Uncharacteristic miss from Hernandez, probably due to his lack of game time.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,238 ✭✭✭Kaizersoze81

shocking stat there. united havent won any points in the final 10 minutes of any match this season. How things have changed

At least some good will come of this

    Too many average players

Playing him at RB is silly when you have Fletcher and Carrick in midfield. Fellaini on the bench too is a negative on this count.

    Some strike from Borini.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,920 ✭✭✭Sugarlumps

No Utd player even bothered winning the ball back, awful side. Sunderland should be 3 up.

An excuse he can't use the last few weeks.

Would have been a sweet goal there. Great play by Sunderland.

sunderland deserve the 3 points. United shocking. Big clear out needed this summer.

If Sunderland do stay up they won't half deserve it. Some fantastic results the last few weeks.

    Sunderland are playing like Brazil

  • Site Banned Posts: 4,925 ✭✭✭Agueroooo

If it stays like this then Gus Poyet take a bow.

Martinez type end of season turn around.

Delighted for Sunderland if they win this. Big balls on those lads.

Could of been 3/4 nil at this stage. 7 points and could of been 9 away to man city, chelsea and man united is excellent from Sunderland. Delighted for them and gus, they play nice football too.
