I really want to see the obvious Wii U stuff that has been listed a bunch of times before (Zelda, Metroid, etc...) as it's much needed I think.

What I'd also like to see though is anything that'd be even remotely compelling for buying a PS4, as so far, the only game that makes me want to get one is the forthcoming Batman: Arkham Knight.

I have to say the only thing I want to see from e3 is a Pokemon Platinum remake for 3DS, long, long overdue.

Oh, how could I have forgotten...

A god damn release date for Bayonetta 2.

most of what I wish for won't happen, bare in mind I don't currently own a Wii U.

    1 - Half Life 3
2 - New Deus Ex title for PC/PS4
    3 - The Last Guardian PS3/PS4
    4 - Unchartered 4 (PS4)
5 - something completely new by Naughty Dog
    6 - Metroid Wii U
    7 - F-Zero Wii U
    8 - Starfox Wii U
9 - something completely new by Nintendo for the Wii U
    10 - Journey PS4
11 - some good surprises from Microsoft with exclusives that will make the console worth buying.
12 - an expansion for Final Fantasy 14
    13 - Bayonetta 2 Wii U with possible announcement for PS4
    14 - Zelda Wii U
15 - some high quality Sega games
16 - Sega back into making consoles but this is too much of a dream.
17 - a new next gen only tomb raider game.
    18 - Super Monkey Ball Wii U
    19 - GTA V for PC/PS4
20 - new Fallout game for next gen

Elder Scrolls Online was only just released, I'd say you'll be waiting.

A microsoft conference that doesn't bore me to tears.

A key not by either a big developer or a hardware manufacturer that is embarassingly bad. We haven't had one in a while.

Really don't think MS will **** up this time round. Not after last years diabolical display.

Rumours regarding Sony's E3 Press Conference
Uncharted PS4 3 Minute Trailer showcasing ”In-engine” footage interspersed with gameplay segments. Visuals are supposedly unprecedented and set a benchmark for console graphics. Summer 2015 release date. It looks absolutely stellar. Features tropical setting and differing time periods with Nate/Francis.

Media Molecule’s new title will be a landmark title for Morpheus. 3D world building, beautiful, quirky visuals.Extremely creative and fun. Possibly related to the ”Entwined” trademark filed last week by SCE (not sure). Late 2015.

Gran Turismo 6 is coming to PS4 as 1080p 60FPS repackaged title in the vein of Gran Turismo 7: Prologue. Stunning visuals, extra features (social connectivity, new tracks, dlc etc). Coming mid-late 2015.

God of War 4 teaser will be present – will be CG with snippets of in-engine footage. A little early for reveal, but is designed to offset negativity surrounding canceled new IP and generate excitement – also to partially offset CG announce of Gears of War at Microsoft presser. Late 2015. Date wont be announced.

Kill Strain trademark is related to Syphon Filter reboot for PS4. Sony Bend working on revamping the franchise. Stealth, beautiful visuals and a possible Winter 2014 title. Bend finally getting to join the big boys.

Wipeout is also making the transition to PS4. Source is unsure of who is developing it, but hints that it could be Sony London, Evolution, or Firesprite.

Quantic Dream has a trailer prepared – unsure whether it is penciled in for Gamescom or E3. Sony will be watching Microsoft’s presser earlier in the day to gauge whether additional titles will need to be slotted in to dampen hype. Expect Dark Sorcerer- like visuals in real time. Off-topic, but still relevant – they are close to deal to become a Worldwide Studios developer, along with Ready At Dawn.

Speaking of Ready At Dawn, The Order:1886 will get a stage demo. Big title for Fall 2014. Sony is expecting great things from said title – franchise hopes rest on its performance.

Ninja Theory working on a PS4 exclusive – possible Heavenly Sword sequel which was shelved a number of years ago. Quite far into development.

Sony London will be at E3. First AAA title in many years. 3rd person title. Gorgeous. They’re back with a bang,

Guerrilla Games bringing their RPG to E3. Provocative setting – very interesting. Insane visuals as usual. A good reaction to the title is expected. Will please the hardcore.

Sucker Punch busy at work on an inFAMOUS: Second Son DLC. Really cool. New powers. Possible new setting. E3 debut.

Sony Japan Studios debuting two, maybe even three titles. Project Beast – spiritual successor to Demon Souls. The other is The Last Guardian. Retooled for PS4, possible Winter 2014 title. The Other title is shrouded in secrecy.

Evolution will give Driveclub some time in the limelight. It’s shaping up to be incredible with jaw-dropping visuals. Demo release will be timed with the press conference.
The source also mentioned that the following publishers will be on stage: Rockstar (with Grand Theft Auto), Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Konami, Capcom, Warner Bros, Activision, Square Enix, Take Two.

(Update: our source followed up saying that he’s actually not 100% sure if Rockstar will actually be on stage or Sony will just announce the next generation Grand Theft Auto V on their behalf)

There will also big titles announced for the Instant Game Collection, a segment on Project Morpheus, one on the Sony Entertainment Network and a re-introduction of PlayStation Now. Price drops will also be unveiled for the PS3 and PS Vita.

We’ll also see several smaller-scale, downloadable titles. PS Vita will get some attention, but not much – as it’ll be a PS4 show. PS3 will get a montage and a few new titles. Finally, the show will close with a teaser of a sequel of The Last of Us.

Again, everything mentioned above should be taken with the skepticism usually reserved to rumors, but much of it is so specific that it’s hard to completely disbelieve it. Unfortunately we’ll have to wait for June to see if everything will check out, but one thing is for sure: Personally I really hope it will, because if this is really what Sony’s presser will look like, we’re in for a real treat.

To be honest, I am only feeling skeptical of this as it just seems too good to be true. Not overly trusting of the source either. But if true, that would be one of the best E3 pressers in years!

EDIT: The first response in the comments of the article says it all IMO.

Well you'll probably be getting Pokémon news, just not a DPP remake :P I do look forward to whatever they'll have on Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Outside hope, but perhaps something/anything on the Dawn of War series. Hell, at this stage I'd settle for Relic just saying they'll keep it going under Sega.

New Fallout would be cool, I'd prefer news of that to a new Elder Scrolls.

I thought that was being developed by different people in Bethesda? As in not the same people who worked on Skyrim and would be working on the next game in the series.

haha, yeah.... thats an insanely good list of games to show off if true.. MS will have to really up their game from their last few E3's.

I wonder if Ubisoft or Nintendo will show the Wii U version of Watch Dogs. Or it may at least be on the floor

We'll almost definitely see footage of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire now.

I would love if all that turned out to be true, even half of that would be decent, this is what the ps4 really needs to get momentum going over the next year so hopefully the drought of decent non-indie games is coming to an end.

I think Microsoft will really up their game after last year's disaster which has kinda effected them for a whole year now, as an xbox gamer for 10 years their E3 performance last year was unforgiveable and it's the reason why I haven't gone near the xbone and bought a ps4 instead. I am really hoping they pull something great out of the bag this year and hopefully both formats can enjoy great games with plenty of exclusives, bringing an end to the 720p/900p/1080p handbag fights online.

I also hope Nintendo work their magic, hopefully leading to a better year for the Wii U, with plenty more excellent first party exclusives and a price drop.

A great E3 from Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo can only be good for all of us.

Just to go through that list again Otacon.

I would say Uncharted, The Order, God of War 4,Guerrilla RPG, Driveclub and Infamous DLC are all definites. Although I really don't think E3 is the place to show off DLC.

You know I actually think this could be the year we see The Last Guardian and the screens for Project Beast looked too real so I'm going to say there is a good chance.

I genuinely have no idea regarding Ninja Theory or Sony London.. just haven't heard much about either.

I doubt we'll see GT6(7?) or a Quantic Dream game. Former as Driveclub is coming out a few months later and the latter because Beyond came out relatively recently.

I assumed we would see Media Molecule but if the game is very Morpheus focused I assume it'll be some time before release. Although I guess they will show something Morpheus related.

I would love if Kill Strain and Wipeout were true but I'd be shocked.. seriously.

And no chance of TLOU2 being teased already.. just seems so wrong.

Anyway I'd be surprised if we saw all that announced... If they are, I hope they saved some time for Vita. :(

I would agree with that tok9.

Also, Sony filed the name 'Guns Up' recently. The same thing happened last year ahead of E3 with the name The Order so I expect that to appear, possibly as a new Ratchet and Clank game.

I want to see some actual games from Nintendo. Their direct needs to be good. Blockbusters. Not another 2d Mario rehash. No vitality sensor type stuff please. Give us some more games. We have Mario Kart and Smash on the way. A few more franchises like starfox, zelda and Metroid given the AAA treatment along with a new IP or two is what I want to see.

Honestly I would just hope for a MS press conference without the words "TV", "spawts" and "Call of dooty" said a thousand times. And no Kinect games please. And absolutely no child actors on stage. "Fistbump!" *shudders*.

People don't watch e3 for graphs, marketing jargon and your fancy vision of where your company is heading. They watch it for the games.

Show a ton of games at your conference and knock out a surprise or two....and "win" e3. It's not complicated....Sony did it pretty well last year.

To be honest, the games MS showed last year were as good as what Sony showed. It was the 399 announcement that won it for Sony more than anything else.

Well I would say there clarification on used games was what actually won it for them.

The price just turned it into giving Microsoft an absolute hammering.

I'd say it weas probably the the 2 combined rather than either on it's own. The 399 just stuck in my head as it was the last thing said and got most of the headlines. Either way, I don't think it was the games that won it for Sony, as they were fairly even. It was MS's marketing incompetence and Sony's ability to capitalise on this.

The Last Guardian. Other than that, surprise me.

I think it's a couple of factors that killed Microsoft last year:

    1 - lack of games
2 - TV TV TV TV
    3 - The Price
    4 - Kinect rubbish
    5 - the trading issue/copyright etc

since then Microsoft have had no choice but to backtrack on some things they have said, regaining some credability.

I do think this year at E3 they will really try their best to turn this fully around by

1 - quite a few surprises, decent exclusives, it will be all about the games
    2 - a price drop
    3 - less marketing rubbish.

what I would love to see them do is announce a new slim xbox one, 100 euro cheaper and kinectless. That along with some amazing exclusives over the next year to 2 would really turn things around for them.

I think that it was the used games debacle that pushed it over the edge. All the other Kinect and TV nonsense would have just been forgotten about without that. It was exceptionally stupid to have a multi-billion dollar company who appeared to be making new rules for their console every day like kids making up playground rules and then announcing each half-baked version they came up with.
