Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Annoying that Limerick and UCD won, although guess a draw in the Bohs-Derry match is grand.

Limerick didn't win! Tallaght FC equalized in the 96th minute.

Personally think Derry have the best food. The debate rages on.

Only since the demise of the Mondog.

Brilliant game tonight, thank god it wasnt on tv.

Fairly annoyed we didnt win, should have put them out of sight after 60 minutes. But they held on and both penos were actual penos.

    Great game tho

Who was sent off from the benches? We (Limerick) had a terrible record in that regard last year.

Someone with initials EH...guy beside me thought it was the goalkeeping coach or someone. Taylor spent more time out of his area than in it.

Poor enough game at Colman's park tonight, but our first league win there is very welcome. Shocked by the crowd, a tiny fraction of the numbers last time we played there.

It was a good first half from Rovers but they hardly had a kick in the second until after your penalty. I thought the Pat's player went down fairly easily but Conneely should have known better than to put a hand on his back when he was in the box.

RoversvPats. Both teams seemed happy to play in front of each other the first half and Rovers should have been 2 up at half time. Pat's dominated for much of the second half but let Rovers back in by giving away the penalty. Think a draw was a fair result. Rovers centre mids were very good as were Forrester and Hoare the centre back for Pats.

They had a one on one within the first five minutes which the Pat's keeper saved. Should have been 1-0.

glad you enjoyed the sligo trip , great game.
As an aside, why do pats and shams fans think they have a right to go on the pitch when ye score a goal. Could possibly understand if it was a last minute league winning goal.
Would ye be offended if we put non drying paint on the fence for your next visit as it will be cheaper than the fine we incur as a result of the invasion.
Or should we make a cage for away supporters?

    Ask Bohs about anti-climb paint.

afaik there is oil on the hoardings and any clothes destroyed by it Sligo pay for it. If they put up a sign saying there was oil on it you wouldnt have to pay.

Why they go on the pitch i have no clue, stupidity i assume.

I don't really mind, if someone jumps on the pitch to celebrate a goal, but no player or the ref should be attacked or running over to the opposite fans.
