Back is starting to act up and the trainers at the local gym have recommended a visit to a physio. Can anybody recommend one in the city and what sort of cost I can expect for a visit?

I went to Des O'Meara when I tore my knee. Found him very good.
He's located beside the Tower hotel. Treatment is €45, and lasts just under an hour.

My physio (in Tramore) goes to Des for his treatment, so if he's good enough for him to use...!

I went to Margo Heffernan in the Waterford Health Park and she did the business for me.

Two sessions and plenty of exercises/stretches to do and I'm nearly 100% again.

You can make an appointment via the Physio Company: http://www.thephysiocompany.com/clinic/waterford/
