Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Would it be cynical of me to think that was intentional
I find their smug-grateful ads obnoxious enough as it is

Switched back for a quick look and thought I was looking at a cross between a Christmas fairy and the Pearly queen of Whitechapel.

Oh Jesus WTF is this one wearing.

She looks like she parachuted into a paper shredder.

I'm normally very critical of "designers" and that, but they're just kids. Fair play to them for getting up and doing it.

When do these families get time to privately grieve....

At some stage they have to get their lives back on track without poor Donal RIP....

His memory will certainly live on...

Seriously how much more on this. Nice young lad and so so sad he died but I seriously found his message about suicide/not committing suicide incredibly naieve (expected for a lad of his age with his illness, but stop making him out to be some kind of oracle/wiseman).

Ha, I was thinking of that.

The scene where the drummer loses his arm in the crash, I cried. because I was laughing so much.

No way! I saw that movie... My favorite part was when the drummer was trying to show the band that he could still drum and they were like "yeah right'

Marty Morrissey is usually the standby guest in these situations.

He hangs around the RTÉ canteen every Saturday until someone says 'You're grand Marty, head off home. We got someone else'.

Brendan should not dress like he is at a funeral.

I often wonder in the olden days how did people cope with serious illness, I'm talking caveman era, no fancy computers to diagnose illnesses, basically they hadn't a clue what to do if somone got randomly sick, this was probably what got people to believe in gods and the like.

I know a woman who was booked in to have an operation on a Thursday, but on the previous Monday she was told her health insurance had lapsed and that the operation would cost 18,000, so she was put on the public waiting list. A year later it turns out the woman did not need the operation in the first place.

We should certify a SNS as misery free is we ever get one and design some kind of logo for it as a one off.

I'll tell them where to shove their €500 notes if there isn't a basket when I win.

But if there is, I'll keep the dosh and let you two flip a coin for the basket.

    Because I'm such a decent chap. :)
