Boards is a great place for chat and information but if you're planning on opening/running a business then you really need to educate yourselves properly on essential business matters. I have no idea of your circumstances but your future or others futures could depend on you having some very basic knowledge. Give yourself as good a chance of success as possible and do business course and learn the basics first.
