    Hi Guys,

    I'm looking for a new TV. Something like a 47la790w or UE48H6400 (or similar). Would you have any recommendations? I haven't seen a UE48H6400 but the reviews are very positive.

    Also do all the new samsungs come with a freesat HD tuner?

    Unfortunately the LG 47LA790w has now finished and we only have our shop display one left. Priced at £799 £LAST FEW TO CLEAR" on the website. This screen would need collected from the Belfast store as we could not have it shipped.

    The Samsung H6400 range is a very nice screen indeed. We have the 40" version running here in store and the picture is fantastic.
    Currently priced at £699 and again would need collected from the Belfast store.

    The 48H6400 does not have a FreeSat HD tuner on board, only Freeview HD.

    To get FreeSat HD on a Samsung you would need to look at the H8000 and H7000 range.

    The H8000 and H7000 range would be out of my budget.

    I'd be interested in the ue48h6400 though. Is there any reason why you wouldn't ship it being a new model?

    Hi there.

    Unfortunately there are a number of reasons as to why we don't ship some models. 

    This can be when a model is very short on stock, we reserve any stock for customers who make the journey to the store.

    Some manufacturers restrict some models to in-store purchases. 

    We sometimes run in-store promotions on certain models.

    I hope that helps but unfortunately we are at the mercy of our purchasing team when it comes to which models we ship and which ones we don't.

    I'd be very much interested in the 42 inch of the Sony though. Do you have it available? (KDL42W829B?)

    Thanks John and team. Received this early in the week and have it set up. A really lovely tv, the picture is excellent.

    My only regret is I wish I'd gone the 50 inch :(

    Do you stock the vesa wall mount adapter kit for the KDL42W829B?

    I went to mount it using a vesa stand and it appears I need an adapter. A little disappointed that it wasn't mentioned on the site.
    But it's my own fault for not asking.

    from memory you can actually use its own pedestal stand to do a basic wall mount? If you need an articulated bracket we can do the excellent Sanus range - keep me posted on what you actually are looking for and we will go hunting for you..
