Cheap hairdresser/school in city centre

Looking to just get a t bar highlights to tie me over for hols in 3 wks just wondering if anyone knows of a cheapy hairdresser for this. I am flexible with days/times. Some of the schools seem to charge in the €70's which seems bit dear for student styling you for only a t bar.

Loreal academy down on hatch st are really good. Can be hard to get an appointment though
