    i have a quick question. the no xplode as its a pre workout it should be taken pre workout. the cell mass do i only take that after a work out or do i need to take it everyday?

    If you don't know what it does or when to take it then why did you buy it? This is a case of buying supplements for the sake of it. You should have researched the supplement and found out the answers to these questions before buying it.

    Well i bought the no xplode and the cell mass was free. No need to be an ass about it i only asked a question

    Take it post workout or as your coming to the end of workout! It's a great deal as usual by hpnutrition
