Sigma lenses

Anyone here a fan of Sigma lenses? Particularily their fixed focal length lenses? They seem to be better value than Canons lenses L-versions and non L, and get good reviews.

Dont know about primes but I have worked for a top fashion photographer (Lindsay Adler) as retoucher and she is exclusively using Sigma lenses and her work is stunning so I would go for Sigma lenses, actually I personally have one for my photo work, but its not prime but zoom 17-55mm 2.8 and is absolutely great bargain. Hopefully was helpful
