Sweet move by Vettel on the Sauber.

Nico closing the gap up again.

Yes. I am surprised how close he is driving to Bottas.

His pace anytime he dropped back was pretty strong despite driving into the dirty air and wrecking his tyres.

Typical bloody Ferrari. Absolute shower of spineless bastards. Delighted it didn't work out for them and the scheming Alonso.

Would love another Hamilton vs Rosberg scrap.

Rosberg may as well try and hold on for a 2-stopper. No threat to his 2nd place so why not give it a blast?

Haha I saw that, it was only up for about a second.

Rosberg closing on Hamilton but I wouldn't be surprised if Hamilton is just leaving plenty of life in the tyres, he's slower than he was at the end of the first stint, can't imagine he's pushing too hard.

I notice Vettel's up to 8th (from a P15 start), and will soon be threatening Grosjean/ The latter's car has been a bit wayward today and is short of straight line speed.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Hoping Grojean gets swallowed up by the Williams cars as he'll earn me comp points being out of the top 10!

Amazing how Vettel doesn't carve through the field when he doesn't have 2 seconds a lap performance advantage. :pac:

In fairness he is carving his way through the field quite nicely now.

Was that just after pitting onto fresh tyres giving him a couple of seconds in hand over the slower cars on old tyres? :)

Is Rosberg actually going to be able to push on the mediums at the end? Surely they can't push much more than earlier without ruining the tyres really quickly?

WHat the hell is going on with the slow pit stops for Ham?

How did Kimi end up so far behind Alonso? All down to the undercut?

I am not a Vettle fan, but he started in 15th and right now it would seem that he will finish far higher.

I think Alonso will have to stop again and Kimi won't.

Very strange stuff from Ferrari. If they were planning to split the strategy then why pit Alonso just one lap before Kimi at the first stops? They're either spineless or idiotic. :P

Just lost 8 tenths on the last lap. Rosberg will blow his tyres before he can pass I'd say.

Trouble with the hard tyre in the middle stint is that you can't use them all that long, you're losing time when the other lad switches onto fresh harder tyres so ya have to pit at the same time. Then you're left chasing hard on softer tyres.

They may be adapting the plan to a changing situation which is code for making it up as they go along :p

I just can't believe pitting Alonso before Kimi. Made no sense at all.

Lewis would be better off letting him through now and benefiting from DRS when he needs it on the last lap.

The pace difference isn't big enough to let Rosberg get to him under DRS I don't think. There was a 2 second a lap difference in the Ferraris and it took Alonso ages to get through with DRS.
