Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Assaidi gone to stoke on loan

Sky really need to reconsider the policy of mixing with "fans" outside the grounds for future deadline days. It's pathetic, shambolic, embarrassing and distracting.

A lot of the fans are fine and there is some banter. But I say they will be considering what they will do

they could do a 10 second delay and edit out the morons.....

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,009 ✭✭✭kronsington

To be fair they asked Premier league clubs for safe areas this year, the clubs don't want them there either.

So why do they do it?
because we the people want them there

Do we? I certainly don't.. How do you know this? It's sky's own fault for hyping the day to nauseating levels. I would guess nearly every person on this forum would rather these goons be taken off our screens.

Excellent idea I think they could do a sort of mute maybe also. I say the clubs dont want it happening also. Just look at the Villa fans they ended it as soon as they could but the 10 second delay they could have stopped it

I would laugh if Falco does not go through

Drenthe has really dropped off the radar altogether in recent years from what he was going to be with the move to Madrid to being loaned from reading to Sheffield Wednesday in what should be his prime.

And the window is closed.....but it's not really

What's the point in having a deadline if you're able to request an extension? Pointless.

Surely it's arsenal trolling utd by pretending to take him?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,758 ✭✭✭Strongbow10

Sky havent a clue whats happening in fairness, yer man outside Carrington has not had a single update i'd say the club are not even keeping him in the loop the deal could have been done at 7pm for all they know.

His latest update: "I reckon they have applied for an extension".

Supposed to be a dreadful pro, terrible attitude. Shame he was class when he first came on the scene.

Watching on the red button on BBC. They're saying that domestic deals can get 2 hours maximum extension while international deals only get an hour.

Anyone know why City are so keen to get rid of Negredo?

some guff now about "deal sheets", apparently all you need to do is signal an intention to sign someone by 11pm and you can complete is anytime after

    Pure farce!!

It's not a deadline if you can get an extension. Sky get another 2 hours of mileage out of this over hyped crap.

Why do I watch this every year? I thought I was a smart person.

Kevin Doyle isnt PL standard anymore, serious Agent he has!

Ya its sky fault:rolleyes:. Those people don't have free will to be to not be idiots. People need to take responsible for themselves and not blame others

    - nice.

It is Sky's fault. They know what they let themselves in for. Idiots are going to be idiots no matter what and if you put them on TV they'll be even worse.

The windows always have these extensions. Sky just purposely forget them as it adds drama pretending it's a race against the clock. Dont understand people here getting angry about it.

As an international transfer Falcao only gets a 1 hour extension so it's done now one way or the other.

Seriously? They just let Welbeck and Chicarito go, in this Transfer Window.

And if the Rumors concerning RVP's Knee Operation is True, they'd be left with 1 Senior Striker.

Man U Fans better pray that Rooney doesn't get Injured.
