Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    16/1 on Villa.

How frequently would there be such long odds on a PL game?

I have a cheeky fiver on it.

Villa have no attacking threat whatsoever with Benteke injured and Agbonlahor out now as well.

Villa are a nothing team that will get their asses beat down in hapless fashion like they have all season. You can count it.

    You lack the belief.

I presume this is blaring out in the Aston's Villa changing rooms.

A draw would break me :(

Scappy 1-0 win to city i'd imagine

We'll stay calm and go about our business properly. In terms of individual talent, we're miles ahead and it should be simple if we play properly. 3-0 City

    Nice huddle by Villa.

A Sunderland point and city win pretty much ends the league tonight. hopefully there'll be SOMETHING to hold the interest on Sunday. I'd rather Liverpool not win the league, so Villa will probably end up handing it to them by winning now that we're actually safe. That'd be about right to be honest

Rain bucketing down. The players will be slipping everywhere. Like Gerrard. Because he slipped.

    Slipped.

    He slipped.

Can see nothing but a City win.

Great start by Villa, already have a point if it stays like this.
    Looking composed.

Supposed to be an ''incident'' on the Mancunian Way. Might be affecting traffic on the way to the stadium.Hopefully it will fill up in the next 15-20 minutes. Looks poor at the moment.

    85 minutes to go

Ah jaysus Villa are hopeless. Terrible clearing headers.

The stadium wasn't exactly full for the West Brom and Sunderland games either. Not quite to this extent though.

City fans need another relegation to League One to energise them

Some bloke threatening to jump off the Mancunian Way (a major high level artery in the City). The road has been closed by police. Bad traffic delays apparently.

Draw looking likely unless Villa can sneak it.

Yeah, Zabaleta, Yaya Toure and Silva have just been completely neutralised. Weimann's tearing it up.

Yes but Villas defence is clearly far to superior to concede

Yeah, but the 5 defenders has managed to prevent us making the last pass so far

If City get one the flood gates will open, could be a 0-0 with Villa's defending

Wish I had more than a cheeky fiver on villa at this stage, odds probably shortened now to 4/1 or so.

City need to take a few pot shots from outside the box. Villa box is way too crowded.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,564 ✭✭✭✭OwaynOTT

I dont like this adventurous Villa, they are meant to be getting beat

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,243 ✭✭✭✭Jesus Wept

City looking a bit headless at this point.
