Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks

That's generally a per app setting.

Thanks. It had been working fine up until a few days ago and I haven't changed any settings.

What kind of settings should I be looking out for?

Well look in settings for the app name and click on it. Some apps don't work out of the box by design.

It could also be your carrier restricting access. In fact given it just started happening it looks like it is.
