Spellchecker won't work

I'm having problems with my spellchecker on word 2010. I click the button and it says the spellcheck is complete even though I can still see words spelt wrong. I don't know why this is happening and I need to fix it as soon as possible, any advise? Thanks

Is it set not to check for spelling errors. There is an option to have word not check sections
