    if it keeps growing at current rate, then it might be in 2-3 years. Article says market grew 50% last year. At least someone is shaking up the small few players that put the boot in to us all winter.

    Just home from ICM.Paying 5.20 for tomorrow which seems to be about the going rate for this week as most were on 5.10 to 5.15 last week

    I see Spring Lamb prices starting at 6 euro a kg...surely this is below the cost of production?... it has to be the death knell of early lamb production in this country

    Not that I am aware of....thr the factories will exhaust the hoggets first
    .....so spring lamb is not as we know it

    Farm organisations nothing again...Easter spring lamb should be labeled like the way cattle are for quality assurance
