i am leaving my job. please help

    Hi, I'm new in Ireland and I'm working in subway since 9 months and now I'm going to leave job. What things I should keep in mind please help.

    What sort of advice are you looking for?
    Are you a full time student? College or Leaving Cert? How will you afford to live with no income?

    Give the amount of notice that your contact says.

    Ask your manager if you can use them as a referee, and get their personal contact details, not just work


    Make sure they give you a P45.

    Once you get your P45, talk to the Revenue Commisioners as well. If you won't be working again in the current tax year, then you may be able to claim back a large amount of the tax that you have paid.
