Bread flour - Euro equivalent

    Hi folks,

    I occasionally hand make bread using strong flour.

    Anyone know what the equivalent is outside UK/Ireland? I know they have the type ratings - but not sure which one is equivalent to strong, whether it's T45 or T55 for example.
