    How did that go 10?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,636 ✭✭✭✭Tox56

Yeah that's a contender for worst half of the season

The scary thing is that they've looked more dangerous and creative than we have. My guess is just another disappointing performance. Marketing dept will have to come up with something better than 'Leinstertainment' for next season, methinks...

    sad but true.

A whole half of rugby with not one skip pass, not one loop, not even a missed pass beyond 12.

    Conditions or not, that's inexcusable.
What have we to loose here? The way were playing, we seem to have a losing bonus point targeted.

    Jesus were turgid.

    Think eventually it got there...

Need to get the finger out. We're throwing away the chance of a home final although based on this performance, we certainly won't be winning a semi.
    Very disappointing.
Ruddock and Toner should make a difference when they come on.

If they come on. What's that average time that MOC uses the bench? 65-70 minutes?

Toner isn't on the bench. In fact there's no 2nd row on the bench. Meaning Cullen is going to end up playing 80 mins.

Disappointing performance but the wind is crazy. We'll have the wind on our favour in the second half. Our attack has been woeful today though. Very slow runners and no depth. Kinda stuff you play if your expecting to waltz through the line. Leinster need to direct rugby in the 2nd half. Hoof the leather off it and run from deep.

I'd say Ruddock will sub for him. Ruddock is a great jumper too.

No way he'll play beyond 60

If we were pissing it, maybe, but he's a liability out there. .. can't tackle off his inside shoulder.

    Ruddock to 5 id say.

****e lineout is the storyof our season.

2 trips deep inside their 22 go to waste, but it looks like that is where this half will be played.

Leinster and Munster are such rivals.

Oh you're playing ****e, yeah, well, we're playing ****er!!

Why can't we pass long when it's on?
    A repeat of last week!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 911 ✭✭✭Irlandczyk

BOD got the pass away there at least, almost came off. He doesn't look happy at the moment at all though, he and Darce having words...

Rob Kearney is up for this...

In fairness we're playing far better.

Jimmy should have got the offload away to either Jordi or BOD. Weak enough effort in the end.

Looking much more inventive this half, just have to keep the head in their 22 now.

I think he was right to hold onto it, the edi players could've snapped it up

    Ross is getting absolutely minced

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

Edinburgh can't get out of their own 22. But my god Leinster can't get over that line.

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 6,525 Mod ✭✭✭✭dregin

Clear the cache. Turn it off and on again. Do SOMETHING. Boss is just not working at ALL today.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

Taking the easy points on offer. Hopefully we get right back down there after the kickoff.

Is Cullen on that side? Because if so then Ross is basically on his own.

Nope mcgrath is letting nel go right across onto the hooker. I thought ross was in trouble too until I sawthe replay

I think they're both in trouble to be honest, McGrath did what you described but Ross was definitely killed at that last scrum

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

All we have to do is clear our lines, we try a maul and they get a scrum.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

This is my view btw, and yes, the prawn sandwiches are great.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 911 ✭✭✭Irlandczyk

50th minute... Must admit I'm pretty surprised! Wasn't expecting the bench so soon.

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 6,525 Mod ✭✭✭✭dregin

Have the floodlights gone off or something? Suddenly gone very dark here...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

    Cullen off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,636 ✭✭✭✭Tox56

Well this is an interesting time to see how Ruddock can scrummage...

Can't blame ross when the whole front row pressure is coming on him. Its up to the hooker to keep the th out. Strauss was doing alot better than cronin.

    Cad e an sceal?

Leinster playing Stormers style rugby. One out runners and the wind prevented any territory in the first half. Lucky to go in 6-5 down. This half much better.

    Try for Dave Kearney!

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 6,525 Mod ✭✭✭✭dregin

    Great line from Dave.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,636 ✭✭✭✭Tox56

Excellent try Dave Kearney, wrap around and dummy runners, it's like a different team from the first half

    15-6, better from Leinster now

    Cad e an sceal?

You're not watching I presume? Absolutely awful game and performance from Leinster so far. No imagination at all in attack, scrum is crap, no accuracy. Just scored a nice enough try but that's the only high point of the 60 mins so far.

Are you in a windowless room? ;)

(I'm using cloud skin, all I see is black)

Are Edinburgh allowed enter rucks and mauls from whatever side they like? Nel didn't look too legal there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,599 ✭✭✭matthew8

Try Visser. O'Driscoll injured. Leinster asleep at the wheel.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 911 ✭✭✭Irlandczyk

    Disgraceful. What was that??
