Hello I have a full Metal m4 receiver I bought second hand, I was told it came off an ics m4 blowback, he also said it was ver 2 but no matter what I do my gearbox will not fit and I cannot get it all back together, so if you have any interest in trading or anything let me know, really stuck as I don't have the money to buy a new one and can't get this one to fit

Are you for real and after all the nice things you said in your last PM :rolleyes: you expect me to trade a New M4 metal body for a Used body just because you are really stuck, Boy O Boy have you got this trading lark all wrong

BTW that looks like an APS M4 body and if it is then you are really fcuked and your G&G gearbox will never fit in it without some modifications

If it an ICS then it will only accept an ICSsplit gearbox,
If it is an APS body, then only accepts APS gearbox,
If SRC, as I suspect, then it goes together backwards, ie slip gearbox into rear of upper receiver first, then attach lower receiver, then pistol grip and stock tube.

I simple no thanks would have been fine, I never said it had to be a straight trade, and that pm I meant every part of it and I would send it again, Which BTW you never replaced too which you should have.

Its funny how you are the user and he is the mod, so if I were to buy an ics shell and swap the parts it should be fine? And I will try the src method as soon as I get home, thanks for the help

Hi Bally2k14,

After looking at the picture you posted I see it actually says Accuracy Pneumatics Shooting in the logo.

Basically unless you have an APS Gearbox then its useless to you mate.

If it is for the ICS Split type gearbox then no but I believe it should do a standard non-split ICS Version 2 gearbox
