Catering vans required for small Mayo event

    Hi all,

    I am part of group organizing a small music festival in Carracastle this August and we are looking for a few mobile catering units. Tickets will be on sale shortly and we hope to attract as many people as possible. It is a fundraiser for the local community centre.

    Ideally we would like to get local mobile catering units and have decided to make 4 pitches available. The cost to a catering unit for a pitch would be very low or an alternative would be agreeing to provide food for bands who are playing and festival volunteers. We would an area available for bands and volunteers to sit and eat so it would be a case of making a batch of food in one go...

    We aren't really looking to make a load of money from catering suppliers, if people attending our event have a good choice of food at reasonable prices we will be happy with that.

    Enquire with the Spring Show gang in Ballinrobe (the show is on next weekend) and get the list of their caterers/food vans.
