Hi, I´m about to embark on the above next week. Can anyone suggest an approximate time breakdown for this, in other words how many weeks per country? (might give El Salvador a miss). Any other general thoughts/advice also appreciated!

Just saw your thread. I'm about to do the same trip but in reverse, flying into Panama and home from Cuba. Just wondering how you are gettin on so far, any recomendations, or must do's along the way?
