    Hi lads,
was hoping to upgrade my amp soon and wanted 7.1 and more hdmi inputs.I see the Sony STRDN840 and Pioneer VSX-923 on your site for €249.99 and €289.99.
Any opinion as to which is the better sounding outside of price or are there any others in that price range to consider.

    Cheers.

    Hi Hardweir.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It seems some posts have been missed.

Both the Sony 840 and Pioneer 923 are very nearly finished.

Sony have released the 850 which is going for £399.95

However. It answer to the 840 or the 923.
The 840 has now became LAST FEW TO CLEAR as stock has now dried up. This would make this an in store only collection on our display model as this would be the last one we have left.

The Pioneer VSX923 is still available and priced at £229.95 with £12.99 shipping.

If you didn't mind stretching the budget just a little further the Yamaha RXV675 priced at £299.95 would be a cracking amp to go for:

Let me know what you think.
