Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have approached a mod and got the okay to post the following about this forthcoming charity event. I would welcome any discussion on it and feel free to use the contact links below. Many thanks.

    Right Folks,

Duff has agreead to be the face of the YBIG 7 a side tournament on Saturday June 28th, followed by the presentation and the quarter finals of the World Cup match.

Duff will be getting a team together with his friends, he'll play if he can recover from his knee surgery, in fact it sounds like he'll get a few teams in, which is greatsmiley32.gif.

The two charities that will benefit will be Aoibheann's Pink Tie and Heart Children (Duff is the ambassador to this charity).

    www.aoibheannspinktie.ie/
    www.heartchildren.ie

    Venue
    Irishtown Stadium, Ringsend Dublin 4

    Prizes
Winning team get a trip for 10 to a Man United game.
Team that raises the most for charity, 10 Singing Section Season Tickets to Lansdowne Road.
Plenty of other smaller prizes to inc, sets of jerseys, Ireland match tickets, bottles of win etc etc

    Costs & fundraising
Each team will need to raise a minimum of €795 to enter, so roughly €80 each, we'd hope that each team would raise a lot more than this.
For fundraising for every €2 a person commits, they will receive a raffle ticket (number will be on the sponsorship form). Therefore anyone sponsoring you is really buying raffle tickets. Raflle prizes to be confirmed.

    To pre register click here.

Please note your team is only registered once the €150 deposit is paid

This is set to 20 teams and the target is to raise €15,000.

The tournament will be run though www.inter7s.com, if anyone wants further info they can email me at liam@intersevens.com office number is 01 9060008
