Discounts were there, then when I went to checkout they were back to full price.

Amazon have cut their pre-order prices for most upcoming games.

Gears of War 4 works out at €41.60. Plus you get the 4 previous 360 games free when you pre-order. Link

BF1, COD, Titanfall 2, Forza etc pretty much every new title is in and around the €40-45 mark.

Unfortunately it is only for the physical product not the XboxOne/Windows 10 cross play digital codes. they are still working out around €57.

I don't know where the free thread is but Lost Odyssey is free on Xbox Live for the rest of the month & backwards compatible.
You can also get all the Ubisoft 30th anniversary giveaway games for free this weekend on PC. You have to sign up for Uplay but Rayman Origins, Beyond Good and Evil and Sands of Time are nice to have.
