Direct Debit returned unpaid

    For the 3rd or 4th time ive had direct debits returned unpaid... Why does this keep hapening when i have the money in my account

    We are sorry to hear of the recent activity you are experiencing on your account. If we may mention, when a direct debit tries to present on your account, the funds to meet this payment must be credited to the account by close of business the prior banking day. 

    The best advice in this situation, would be to call Bank of Ireland 365 and a representative will certainly look into this in further detail and provide you with answers in relation to these charges.
