Anyone recommend someone to service/repair a condensing oil boiler
(specifically FIREBIRD HEATPAC condenser, external boiler).
Over the last few years our has stopped a number of times, we have looked up
specific OFTEC registered repair people, 3 or 4 have worked on it for last few years, yet it always gives up, most recently the repair cost 120 euro and lasted less than a week! Would love if someone could let us know of a boiler repair guy who can really fix it!! We are in Galway City.

Depends what kind of present you want to get.
A voucher for Anthony Ryan's homeware or Debenhams are always good options.

    Hi All,

Need to buy about 15/20L of white vinegar to use as weedkiller to take algae off outside of house.

Any idea where I'd get some in Galway city or County?

Was thinking about Musgrave's but don't have access to a Musgrave card

    Tks

Ask your local chipper or resturant where they buy perhaps?

Most super markets will have 5 litre vinegar for sale. Buy three or four.

I order 4 x 5 litres bottles of white vinegar from Amazon it's about £6 but you have to spend over £25 to get free delivery.

Is vinegar much better than let's say chloris mixed with water

In the Asian shop next to Aldi and post office in Westside.
I usually get 5L for 7 euro or thereabouts.

Gardening forum have several discussions on the effectiveness of vinegar for killing weeds, worth a read

What solution mix do you use? Does it kill moss/weeds too?

Yeah I posted that before, was about to reply with the same. ;)
    €0.45 for 568ml so 9 bottles (5.1L) would cost €4.05.

Anyone know where you can buy the complete roll of plastic bags that you use when you buy vegetables in supermarkets? You tear off one to put veg in but would like to buy the roll itself for different purposes.

You can get a roll of them in Dealz for a Euro or two. I'd say most supermarkets have them.
