T1 + Killflash

Has anyone any idea how to fit a killflash onto a T1 RDS? Got 1 with a T1 I bought recently, but cannot figure how to fit it without unscrewing the front retaining ring off the sight.

Well on the larger aimpoint the m3 i have i had to remove the ring and the killflash replaces it.
