    Yup, running the 1500m. Tullamore is a nice track, pretty sheltered with the big hedge the whole way around. Entries are usually done through the club (one guy in our club enters us all in).

    Doing the 110H for the first time ever, LJ and 200m. Probably get roped in to the 4x100m relay aswell. Really looking forward to it now, it was a great day last year.
