Damaged leaves from fertiliser burn

Have several newly (in the last year )planted bushes. Some of them were overfertilised and have the distinctive black brown scorches should I cut the leaves off or just leave them alone.otger bushes have browned leaved scattered around should I just leave them alone? Will leaves grow in their place if I prune them entirely…
