I'm dropping to OL maths tomorrow but I haven't studied a paper yet.. Is there a significant difference between that and HL?

Isnt proving de moivres theorem through induction and all that paper 1?? And proving trigonometric identities and all that?

I think you have to construct sqrt2 and sqrt3, prove de Moivres, proof by induction, proof by contradiction and prove the amortisation formula...

Is financial maths paper 1?

By failure do you mean A2?

Well, I got a C1 in the mock, and thought it went brilliant
Allowing for strict marking, it was probably B2 standard
I felt it went farrrrrr better than today
So C for sure this time :(

Look, I'm a bit annoyed over English too. If you're not a little upset you haven't thought about the exam much or, well, don't care.

There's no right answer and therein lies the problem.

    Oh yeah..that crap :p

Proving trigonometric identities? Like using DeMoivre's theorem? Yeah, that's paper 1.

You don't really have to learn any of that off by heart, I thought you meant formal proofs, phew :p

Aleatorio I think you're being too hard on yourself. I doubt many people could give a perfect, immaculate answer within the time constraints. Examiners take that into account.
Don't beat yourself up. Focus on the next exam :)

Yeah I know that, but when you have a panic attack during an exam and have to leave for 15 minutes, its safe to say your exam is a bit of a write off :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Guys does it make sense to have talked about the power struggle in lady MB and macbeths relationship? Like how she was most powerful, yet overtime he became more powerful over her. Or was it the fight to gain actual power??

    I wrote about that :pac:

I haven't shaved in almost a week. Won't be shaving 'til the 19th. It'll be a sign of my struggle.

Bus drivers are already starting to look at me weird when I ask for the schoolchild fare :p

Maths tomorrow will be so much less stressful :pac:

No race against the clock on the wall, just doing what you know you've done before (or similar).

We know it's gonna be an easy enough paper. Look at last year. Same guy is doing it this year.

  • Registered Users Posts: 221 ✭✭ejayy

Predictions for physics? Me being the idiot that I am I took up physics this year and only had about 20 grinds :S

    Also maybe chemistry predictions aswell?

Oh what the hell maybe bio too hahahahahahaha lol .. Think I would of learned from last year
