Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Track sessions near Maynooth

    Just wondering if anyone knows of any speed session training that happens near Maynooth or in area? Know there is le Cheile AC in Leixlip but I don't think they do speed session training - am not hundred per cent sure

    Most clubs will do a speed session once a week.

    I think my club Lucan Harriers are using Le Cheile track on Sat morning for speed sessions. Otherwise Lucan do speed sessions on a Tuesday in Griffeen Park.

    Email Le Cheile though.
